Your treatment time is reserved especially for you and includes ample booking time between appointments to accommodate setup, clean up, and product consultations. A credit card is required on file to hold all appointments. All services require a full 48 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Saturday appointments require one week's notice to cancel or reschedule. Please provide as much advance notice as possible to allow me to offer the time to other clients seeking appointments, as well as to reduce adjustments needed to my schedule for childcare, etc. Changes made with less than 48 hours (or one week for weekends) will be charged for the full service amount. If you are sick, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Payment will be required on the day of your scheduled appointment if there is less than 48 hours notice, but accommodations will be made to provide you with an alternate date to reschedule your appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Please do not show up with an active respiratory infection or if you wake up feeling sick. No shows will be charged for the full service amount to the card on file.
